Many a times I received questions about clashes. People are usually very afraid of clash because it gives a very eerie feeling.
Clash in Bazi or 4 Pillar usually comes for the 6 clashes as in the table below:

2013 has been a very busy year for both CAFS and myself. On a personal capacity, there has been many audits and classes this year as I continue my journey with Master Leyau and CAFS.
The photos brings me many good memories and experience as I ending the year of Water Snake next month. Always that goes along is good company and food. It is not just the food per se but also the warmth that many students bring along. Master is also a very good cook.
The classes that churn out world class masters in the future. This year was a fruitful year in the sense we had managed to successfully completed several “difficult” subjects such as Zi Bai Jue (Purple White Script), San He Qi Men Dun Jia and Palmistry.
I also would like to express my heartfelt thanks to GM Leyau and same time wish a Happy Retirement…
To all Students, a Big Thank You for making this Year a memorable one. I wish you all great Success.
Lastly, I wish all readers a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Every year as you visit book stores or surf the internet, you will find loads of information about annual updates.
Usually everyone will talk about the 3 major killing forces that everybody should avoid. They are namely The 5 Yellow, the Tai Sui (Grand Duke) and San Sha / 3 Killings.
In this article, I would like to discuss one of the particular bad energy of each year or commonly known as 3 Killings or San Sha (Mandarin) or Sam Sart (Cantonese).
First of all the translation of San Sha should not be 3 Killings because in Chinese, as I illustrate below the meaning of 煞. Hence, I prefer to refer it as Sha Sha from now onwards.
Recently there are two schools arguing or perhaps I should say intellectually debating about who is right or wrong over a subject on flying star.

To all my friends and students,
It was indeed 30 years ago that I came into this “River Lake” Jiang Hu 江湖. Had I known then what a Big wave and small wave might have trembled a headed of me,I would rather be a chef than a Feng Shui master.
Some of you may have noticed that a few years ago, I started working more hours, and I started taking fewer days off. Back then I was getting ready for retirement.
I do express my gratitude to all of you. Without you all I wouldn’t be where I am today. The students and work environment have helped me get to the top. …..Read On
My Open Letter To Sifu:
Knowing you is my biggest harvest in my journey into the world of Chinese Metaphysics. Perhaps everything or everyone has their own destiny and one of mine is to learn under you.
In the field of Feng Shui, you have guided me and open my horizon beyond my imagination. I always translate Russian to English and it always translate as Wizard Leyau. Perhaps it was how the Google translate it but for me it is the most appropriate word to describe you. Indeed, Sifu you are a Wizard of Feng Shui. For this simple reason, I always feel blessed no matter how bad is my day.
In life, you taught me and showed me how to make good food and I have enjoyed every moment of it. You are always generous with your wisdom.
After Class, the Heineken Times were fun and fill of laughters. Every minute worth remembering.
If I have regrets, it is because I have known you a little late. So much yet to learn from you.

To you Sifu I Salute; 一日为师终生为师
I have only this song to play…似水流年
This is an interesting case that I want to share with students of Feng Shui.
There was this Master who graduated from two celebrity schools. One from Malaysia and one from Canada who offers online Feng Shui courses. This Master Feng shuied a house and after a few years staying in the house, the family member was diagnosed with critical illness.
The course that the Feng Shui market has taken is really interesting. I find that many students are confused and could not get results after attending many courses from various schools. It made me wanting to find out possible reasons why despite the fact they know but why keeping the same direction.
Taking the automotive industry for example, Diamler Benz has invented the electric car as early as 1963 capable of 85km per day while Honda had already a solution for hybrid in the 70’s.
In Feng Shui, many a times the best way for a house to have good Feng shui is to tap the best energy or Qi. However, most of the time, when we buy a house or property, we will never be having the best formation and hence some corrections are usually needed to achieve better Feng Shui.
This is the reason also why the best time to engage Feng Shui consultant is before buying a house or as second choice would be before the move in.
After you have decided to when to move in or start a renovation, a good date is required and to be selected by a qualified Feng Shui Consultant or Master. I cannot stress the importance of selecting a good date simply because it makes a huge difference.
Just today itself, as we were erecting a new door for a client, the date was selected 2 months ago and really there are many good things that I cannot explain and perhaps you may want to reduce it to as ‘just coincidence’. Here is how it went…
Question from a Forumer:
FSM: This is a big problem with Shen Style Flying Star which predominates most Feng Shui Schools today.
They will be handicapped when they meet this kind of situation because they primarily use the 8 Pie or 9 Grid method.

However, at Central Academy of Feng Shui, CAFS, students are taught the authentic method of compartmentalise. With compartmentalise, students can read a house without the need of a floor plan with accuracy and fast. In the last class, when we were at a student’s house, all is needed is a couple of minutes in the house (including taking measurements) and already 3 major things can be told with accuracy.
I was at South Gate Mall due to a wrong turn and decided to wait for a friend there while he comes over.
This mall is in the heart of the city and situated on a busy road, Jalan Chan Sow Lin. Oh yes, this place is famous for their curry fish head dish. This same road houses many automobile sales outlet and some old factories and businesses. However, I was rather surprised that despite it’s location, the business is really brisk and lack human traffic. One of the most important criteria for mall’s success is the human traffic isn’t it?
So I whip out my mobile and I did some quick research over the internet about this mall. This mall was built by Mah Sing Group (the Mah Sing building was just opposite) and they are one of the top few developers in Kuala Lumpur albeit pretty young in this industry. In the midst of searching, I happened to read a post on this mall commented/researched by a San He Master.
