All About Real Feng Shui
This is an interesting case that I want to share with students of Feng Shui.
There was this Master who graduated from two celebrity schools. One from Malaysia and one from Canada who offers online Feng Shui courses. This Master Feng shuied a house and after a few years staying in the house, the family member was diagnosed with critical illness.
Here are some news on the recently completed course in Flying Star Feng Shui Course. A very big thank to Master Leyau for hosting us in CAFS Melaka School and going through the practical session with students.
The 4 days was fully packed both day and night. During the day everyone was busy and attentive to the course work during the day and at night we had sumptous dinner, night tour in melaka, “spiritual” training with Grand Master. Extended informal sessions with Master is a real eye and ear opener for all students including me a long time student.
Students have to understand all the Feng Shui case studies and nothing is better in learning than practical experience. One case explains a hundred theories & they all tied up together in application.
Personally, I am very happy to be able to be a part of this noble deed of continuing passing on the real art of Flying Star Feng Shui to more people. Knowledge is important but only if it is Real. Thank you Master!.

During the 4 days courses (Xuan Kong Flying Star) and stay in Malacca is the best course I ever had. Never regret but gain a lot of knowledge from Great Master Francis Leyau. Master Francis Leyau spends a lot of time with us then his family.
Master Francis Leyau character is patience, passionate, caring, simple, down on earth generous with his time and knowledge. The course conducted is easy and simplifier. It is like fixing a jig jag puzzle.
At the last days we can see the whole picture of what we had learnt. In the evening Master Francis Leyau brings us to eat Malacca specialties food and hot spring water.
During practical time, Master Francis Leyau and Mr. Alan Chong (instructor) will hands on moving the furniture’s and partition of wall to show us. It was a wonderful experience. Mr. Alan Chong is a very easy to get along as if we know each other for years. Mr. Alan Chong will go round on each table to see and guide us.
On the second last day Master Francis Leyau personally cook delicious food for us to eat. Not only us (class) and also invited his ex-student over. It is like a big family from Central Academy of Feng Shui. WE get to know each other. For those who have read our past testimonial should join the first course and you will feel the different. If you read and don’t act is a great lost. If you read and join you are smart and make a correct decision.

Over the years, we have a good number of requests and also many has lamented the lack of opportunity to learn Authetic Flying Star course from Grand Master Francis Leyau himself. One of the notable reason is Price and the other is also his availability in Malaysia.
Well, price to me as well as many rich people is just matter of perception. What is important is Value. What value do you get?.
What is the point you attend a cheap course and cannot perform feng shui audit and what more to do it with consistent results?
Grand Master allows students to go back for revision for free, how many do that? Why he does it? Reason is very simple, he understands that feng shui is an art and no one can fully master the art in 4 days and surely you will have questions and he will gladly assist students in this area because he Cares about his students!
GM Francis has been in this field for more than 30 years in fact close to 40 years! Then in 1984 he started Central Academy of Feng Shui (CAFS). A sign of real Value that had stood the test of time.
Because Feng Shui is an art, it takes time to accumulate the experience and that is the pain he had to go through to acquire the status of Grand Master. How many living master has this experience? I mean real audit experience? Another indispensable trait of CAFS is lineage. Why lineage is important.? There is no scientific gadgets to measure the effectiveness of feng shui, only the occupants knows. With a lineage, we carry and accumulated the experiences from our other grand masters. I qoute you an example, Grand Master Yen Pen handed down the book ErZhai where it contains 81 cases of Yin and Yang Feng Shui audits that he had done over his life time. There is tracebility of the audits and results. Tell me how many schools are capable of doing so? This is one rare value you can only get it in CAFS.
So my friends, Value not price! The value that CAFS is offering is superbly good!

After the recent concluded Xuan Kong Da Gua Feng Shui (XKDG) course, I was at Wanli Bookstore the other day in Singapore browsing the many Feng Shui Books there, and most books I see the Grand Master’s Tan Yang Wu photo there and somehow associated with him, if what many claims his theories has flaws then why so many authors takes him as reference? Isn’t it contradicting?
Like the saying goes, “You don’t know what you don’t know, only may speculate”, True or true?
The fact remains that Wu Chang Secrets are much sought after by many including seasoned practitioners.
So what are the highlights this round? Nice is what I can say for few reasons;
I made new friends from different cultures and mind you they are really committed. They will through shrubs and hills to learnt. No nicely pave routes or cleared lands a.k.a. as celebrity feng shui tours. You will see things you cannot see else where, how past masters built graves and they apply it.
Learnt to understand how XKDG can working withing the San Yuan system of Feng Shui, how to apply XKDG to get what we want, may it be wealth, relationship, child or even academic studies.
Do you know that XKDG can be applied to various items but which and what are the items?
What is a “Water mouth” ? As opposed to conventional believe of what a water mouth is, Master Leyau explained the real application of water in XKDG.
How do you sight the Mountain hexagram?
In Flying Stars, if you have meet a bad star, has bad landforms and you cannot do any other changes and doesn’t want to shift, we can have a last trick to remedy it..Isn’t it great to have learned this method?
Now you will know why not all family enjoy good feng shui and not all gets the bad effects from the house! Please don’t use San He, Ba Zhai or Bazi/ZWDS to explain. If you need to explain using other systems or methods, you need to attend this course, seriously.
