Restaurant Feng Shui Mistake Explained
The posh renovations could easily cost them a few hundred thousands but the sad part was it was ordered to close in early February 2025. When we passed by on 11 March, it was still closed.
The rental according to The Rakyat Post is RM45,000 a month not including other cost such as salary. By the looks of it, 90,000 is likely to fly but the figure will certainly be higher than this.
They have two restaurants with the first one in Aman Suria and it was a hit, so they wanted to expand to this second outlet but was hit with a snag. Why did it worked well there but not here?
On 28th February 2025, a phenomena that will offer sky watchers the chance to witness a “planet parade” of all seven planets in our solar system outside of Earth.
It’s the last time this type of planetary alignment will happen for more than a decade. Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune will all be visible in some form, although not all to the naked eye.

Where Is The Relationship?
Does this phenomena has any relations with feng shui? Let’s study this day; 28 Feb 2025.
You will notice that the center stars formation are as follows:
Year 乙巳 – 2 black
Month 戊寅 – 2 black
Day 戊辰 – 2 black
Hour – Not applicable.
There are three 2 Black stars which means the chart’s Qi is very pure and potent, plus three out of 4 time blocks is having the same star, the 2 Black. This works out to be 75%.
A potent energy brings matters into extremes usually, thus some will experience sudden good things happening while some will experience unfortunate events.
If we take 7 out of 9 stars in alignment, this works out to be 77.7% of the stars are in alignment. What a coincidence that they are so close in percentile?
I believe there is a science behind, just that advances is science is still not able to fully explain the mechanics of Feng Shui. However, it has helped explained many things that were not properly explained say 2000 years ago such has the mechanics of Yin Feng Shui and what is exactly Feng Shui. Surely, it is not about the plant in your bedroom.
To the opposition practitioners that criticizes Flying Star, especially from the San He or Yang Gong stream, are they saying that the planets do not affect us?
I am not here to convince you or convert you to this method but rather more of what is the truth? This, I leave it to you to figure it out.
The proliferation of Feng Shui was supposed to be a good thing because it can help lessen the burden of life and makes life’s journey more smooth and enjoyable.
Unfortunately, human nature is greedy. To make big bucks many practitioners have resort to various ways to deceive unsuspecting folks or desperate folks into believing that every thing is Feng Shui. Instead of benefitting, they got into more problems.
So what is really Feng Shui? It is not so easy to explain in a simple and short article but perhaps it is easier to tell you what is NOT part of the original definition of Feng Shui.

This is the Unique Qualities of San Yuan Feng Shui
San Yuan system of Feng Shui has this timing thing but this is not available in San He. San He is mostly very simplified version of using year earth branch but San Yuan is more precise due to the arrival and departure of STARS.
Thus for San He it would be SE in the sector of Chen or Dragon.
The reason the problem did not happen last year is because the Annual Stars were different from this year.
Why did the argument happened in September of 2024? The annual and monthly stars reveals all. These are known as GUEST or VISITING Stars.
Thus why a bad Feng Shui house is a Time bomb waiting for the stars to trigger a problem whether it will be a loss of job, sickness, arguments, miscarriage or accidents.
Why do some malls enjoy robust crowd while some others don’t?
Well there are many reasons to this and one of them is Feng Shui factor. Good Feng Shui draws crowd while poor feng shui does the exact opposite.
Lets take this mall for example, Publika that opened in around 2011 and by now it is more than 10 year old. Folks in Kuala Lumpur knows the mall has very poor crowd drawing factor over the years.
Now it is filled with Flea market stalls. You will notice that busy malls will not have Flea market stalls.

There are many reasons but lets just talk about the few obvious ones:
Metal Doom Structure
Doom built but it suppresses the Qi as the Doom is Metal Shaped and this caused the Qi suppressed. Without good Qi flow, how can the mall be prosperous?
The master tried to install a water feature to draw in the Qi but results have proven over the years, it is not working.
Water On The Wrong Side Of Mall
Water is can do wonders in Feng Shui because it can either enhance auspicious Qi or it can also strengthen the Sha Qi. Unfortunately, this happened on this mall and it strengthened the Sha Qi thus reducing the wealth luck of all this mall and all her tenants!
Wind Tunnel Sha
This feature is formed like a tunnel directing all the Sha Qi into the mall, killing it softly over the years. Obviously the architect did not realize this designed actually brought harm for this mall. What made it even more unfortunate was the Feng Shui master who did this mall too, did not realize this harmful feature.
Poor Land Form Selection
This is a real sha because there is the hill on the west side of the mall. Some Xuan Kong masters will say, hey, isn’t having Mountain on the WEST fulfils the Direct Spirit criteria? Yes you are right but then you are only at kindergarten level in terms of Xuan Kong Feng Shui knowledge.
Learning Feng Shui is easy, applying and getting positive result in Feng Shui is an Art and Skill. This explains why people who can talk a lot on Feng Shui cannot perform well at it. God is fair.
Certain years it will bring money leaks, slow business, tenant problems and disputes or even tenants leaving this mall. One of them is the Rabbit year which is 2023 mostly. Other recent not so great years are likely to be 2018 and 2020.
Publika has been around for 13 years and yet it has never been a busy/crowded mall like Mid Valley or Suria KLCC or Pavillion KL and one of the reason is due to Feng Shui limitation.
There are simple ways to improve this mall, just that if the management has the will or courage to apply true Xuan Kong Feng Shui.
