There are various reason by businesses struggles and they are usually due to these common reasons: Global / Regional circumstances, Government legislation changes, Changing Technology, Evolving Consumer preferences, Lack of Business and Operational acumen and Feng Shui.
Most of them are tangible except for Feng Shui part which is largely the energy forces behind that is not felt, no smell, not seen by our naked eyes nor even our other sensory system but that is only observable through our geomancy compass or luopan.
Apart from this, most of them are beyond our control most of the time except Feng Shui and improving our staff skills in operations as well as sales skills. However, if your organization has done the later yet yielded no results, then it is likely your office has Feng shui problem or energy imbalances.

Wrong Seating of Boss / CEO
One of the most common error that we detected during our Feng Shui Audits. I remember one case, a logistic company in Klang where the previous feng shui master had him seated in the wrong table and room. This resulted year on year loses from a once profitable business. His company also shrunk from 44 staffs to 12. 2015 due to bad stars coming in the West, he suffered heavy losses that he had to sell 1 building to cover the losses.
The entire problem came from a wrong series of erroneous decision making. All these are a result of the wrong seating position of the boss.
Master Alan had to change the desk to bring this company back to profitable levels.
Finance / CFO Located In Wealth Leaking Sector
This is usually the second most occurring issue causing company financial health to deteriorate over time leading to cash flow problems.
A good example was a job sub-con to Master Alan by a celebrity female master for a law firm in Serdang. This firm enjoyed good business but some how the cash flow is always low and a problem.
In this case Master Alan found out the case lies with the finance department was located in the Wealth leaking sector. After the adjustment, three years later they re-engage Master to find them a new bigger office as they have expanded.
To lay people, they could not link the arrangement in the office of Finance to the end result of cash improvements. This is because it is due to energy (feng shui).
Main Door Angled Off The Golden Ratio (fen jin 分金)
Main door angle is very important in Feng Shui. This is because it behaves like a satellite dish that receives the main signals. If the dish is in the wrong angle, you will not see anything on your TV screen.
There is a quote in feng shui: 分金差一线,富贵不相见, this emphasize the importance of the main door angle.
This is why some business failed gradually despite they tried everything that they could from re-structuring to yet another re-structuring, hiring and re-hiring but nothing seems to improve.
Master did a case in Ara Damansara where the company almost had no business for 1 year and filled with unproductive staffs. After re-angling the door, business gradually came back with 2 unexpected Purchase Order from a quotation they did 2 years before. Eventually, all the unproductive staffs left on their own accord and the boss told Master, surprisingly the new hires were much more productive and shown more initiatives.
To the untrained eyes, the door may seems a little weird but all bosses agreed after the feng shui consultation by Master Alan, so long the profits is good, that slated door doesn’t matter. Afterall, it became a usual sight after a while.
Doors Location Faults
Doors must not be underestimated. They are the Qi intake point. If we intake good Qi = Good Results, intake Bad Qi = Endless Problems. This concept is very different with the idea of Wealth Corner which is largely a new age concept that is used by fake masters we call them Jiang Hu 江湖 practitioners.
There was a case of a hair saloon in Bangsar Shopping Center that the client took over from a previous money losing saloon owner. Master studied the feng shui of the mall and advice client to relocate the door. Since the first month, they break even and after a couple of months, profit was coming in already.
Why the difference when the crew was the same? Our client inherited the crew as one of the conditions for the purchase. From losing money to breaking even on the first month and eventually profits. The return on investment was just a matter of few months. This is the benefit of good feng shui.
The previous owner suffered heavy losses and gained a bruised confidence. Now downgraded from boss to worker. How good is this?
No Office For Key Staffs
Having an office is not only important to key staffs but in feng shui too. some companies started to practice things like Hot desks or Open Office concept. This is not very wise in terms of Feng Shui. The Qi cannot be contained well resulting in dispersion. When good Qi disperse and cannot accumulate, same goes with the company performance.
Thus, for good feng shui, a good feng shui room is desirable. Master had a case in Philippines, where the owner had been running losses for 5 years. One of the reason was she did not have a room. So master ask her to construct a room and eventually the profits return. To them it is almost like magic. However, it is not magic but rather managing good energy and accumulate it.
However, a bad feng shui room is no better than an open office concept because we don’t want to accumulate bad Qi. The key is to achieve the best energy accumulation.
